This is my memorial tattoo for my grandmother (also my first tattoo ever) located on my inner left bicep. carnations were her favourite flowers, the word always is written throughout the stem of one of the flowers because when she was sick, (i was 12 at the time) I told her that I never wanted her to leave me. and she replied with “no matter what I will always be right by your side” this tattoo is a reminder that she is always right by my side :) she passed away March 23, 2005 from cancer.
The tattoo was done by Kay Abbott at The Fall in Downtown Vancouver. He is seriously AMAZING! will deffs be going back to him for more ink, check him out if you’re in the area!
